Each individual may hold only one beet100 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension. All winnings from duplicate accounts are void and will not be paid out.
beet100 operates under PAGCOR authorization. These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beet100 login credentials. beet100 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
beet100 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud, abuse, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and beet100. By creating an account or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the beet100 platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. beet100 employs age verification procedures during registration and may require additional documentation at any time to confirm compliance. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated funds, including winnings, will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one beet100 account. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different personal information — is a material breach of these Terms. beet100 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings generated from them without notice or recourse.
2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your beet100 account, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your active Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Account Credentials. Your beet100 username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account are strictly personal and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. beet100 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an account on beet100: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited; (c) employees, contractors, officers, or directors of beet100 and their immediate family members; and (d) any person who has been self-excluded from beet100 or from gambling platforms generally through PAGCOR's exclusion registry.
3.1 Mandatory Verification. In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations, beet100 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal request can be honored.
3.2 Acceptable Documents. beet100 accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys / National ID), UMID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID. Documents must be valid, unexpired, and clearly legible.
3.3 Source of Funds. beet100 may at its discretion request documentation relating to the source of funds deposited into your account. This is a standard AMLA compliance measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction pending investigation.
3.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation. beet100 reserves the right to request further documentation at any time, including proof of address, selfie with ID, or bank statements, where the Company deems it necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or player protection purposes.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. beet100 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status and applicable regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Maximum limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the Cashier section of your beet100 account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by beet100 in the order they are received. For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes during business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in the same name as the beet100 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. beet100 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
4.5 No Deposit Fees. beet100 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may impose their own fees. beet100 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial service providers.
4.6 Declined Deposits. beet100 is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach your account due to incorrect payment reference details, technical issues on the side of your bank or e-wallet provider, or payment provider outages. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact beet100 customer support with your transaction reference number.
5.1 General Bonus Policy. beet100 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is active.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your beet100 account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the promotion-specific terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account wallet.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available to eligible players once unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud. beet100 actively monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering contribution, exploiting promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, and coordinating with other accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, beet100 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the account.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. beet100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms do not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by a player prior to the change.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the beet100 platform operates according to its own published game rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 9.

8.2 License to Use. beet100 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, or otherwise extract content from the beet100 platform. Unauthorized use of beet100's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate account termination.
9.1 General Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, beet100's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your beet100 account at the time the claim arises.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. beet100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if beet100 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Service Availability. beet100 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. beet100 will endeavor to minimize downtime and provide advance notice where practicable.
9.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players must submit a formal complaint to beet100 customer support in the first instance. beet100 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions regarding game outcomes are based on server-side records, which are the authoritative record of all transactions and game results.
10.1 Amendments. beet100 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the Platform interface or via the contact information associated with their account. Your continued use of the beet100 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through beet100's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
10.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules and promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and beet100 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
